An Angels Body



A lot of women promised themselves to get in shape this year. And admit it, who doesn't want a body like a Victoria’s Secret model? I found some diets and workout routines that the angels follow. And surprisingly, they’re not so complicated as other diets.

Supermodel Adriana Lima follows a portion diet. This means that you can almost eat anything you want but in a certain amount.
